My name is Michael Vroman. I live in a small country named Belgium and photography is what has gotten to me a long while ago. All of the sudden I didn't think of pictures as pictures anymore, I realized there is a great ammount of work, patience, skill and passion needed to make good pictures. Now everybody can take pictures, not everyone can take good ones. Though, what is a good picture anyway? I believe a good picture takes you back, you should smell the tabaco from the old man on the picture again, see the scarred face of the veteran again, taste the explicit taste of that drink again, hear the bird in the tree on the background again, féél what you felt ~ that's when you have a good picture.
